Description
Once you've mastered espresso, it's time to create creamy, velvety milk for your lattes, cappuccinos and everything in between! Learn how to turn milk to silk for the perfect blending with espresso, and basic pouring techniques to maximise flavour and texture for your drinks.
What you will learn
- The course covers: set up and technique to create perfect milk for latte art, pouring tips to create clear contrast, symmetry, and balance, pouring beginning shapes such as hearts and tulips, how to texture plant-based milks.

- Coffee on arrival.
- Unlimited milk & coffee beans for practice.
Some parking available on-site, lots of street parking available (non-paid)

Appropriate for
Recommended to complete "Espresso Fundamentals" prior.

Cancellations & Refunds
If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.
OR
- A refund can be requested 7 days before class starts. Free of charge.
- A transfer can be requested 2 days before the class starts. Free of charge.
No changes will be allowed after these times.

I agree to give Specialty Coffee Trader unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Specialty Coffee Trader classes and events or on Specialty Coffee Trader premises. (For use of Specialty Coffee Trader marketing materials).
