About Syd and Wynnie
At Syd and Wynnie our aim is to share our passion of all things yarn and crafting. Knitting is a thousand year old craft that has influenced countless designers and makers throughout time. Best of all, the basics of knitting are very simple and easy to master. We like to encourage knitters, crocheters and yarn lovers in general to write their own stories with wool and other fine materials.
We aim to bring generations closer together and hope to offer a contemporary, inspiring and welcoming experience through every class or workshop we offer.
We believe in building long term customer relationships and truly enjoy being a part of our student’s creative journey offering guidance and encouragement along the way.
Leanne is an experienced teacher and has been knitting and crocheting for many years. Knitting is her love and teaching her passion. In everything we do we try to represent a positive attitude toward the world, sharing a concern about it’s resources and the way we take care of the planet.
