Classes held by Syd and Wynnie frequently become fully booked, so we require full payment to be made at the time of booking to secure your place. Ocassionally we will provide our customers the opportunity to pay for classes by instalments. In the case of instalments, all payments must be made on a regular basis and be paid in full prior to the class.
Payment can be only be made online with credit card, ring Leanne on 0410 414 647 to arrange alternative payments.
Unfortunately, we can't tentatively hold or pencil places without payment.

At Syd and Wynnie, we understand that things happen and sometimes you are unable to attend a class. However, in order to cover our teacher and class costs, please be aware of the following when booking your class.
Cancellations or changes of date you make within 7 or more days will receive a full refund. This can be a refund or a credit to another class.
Cancellations or changes of date you make less with 7 days notice may forfeit 50% of the class fee*. This can be a refund or a credit toward another class.
Cancellations or changes of date you make made less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the full class fee*. No refund or credit will be given.
There are no refunds given due to change of mind
*All reimbursements are made at the discretion of Syd and Wynnie and are determined on a case by case basis.
Occasionally, Syd and Wynnie may cancel a class due to low booking numbers. We don't like to do this, but if we don't cover our costs we can't run the class. In instances where Syd and Wynnie must cancel a class, enrolled participants will be notified 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled class and will receive a full refund or a credit for a replacement class.
