Our refund policy is pretty simple - if you have bought a ticket and can no longer attend, then send a friend.
Alternatively, if you notify us in writing at email@example.com, at least 14 days prior to the start of your class then we will arrange a refund (less any admin fees we have already incurred, up to max. 20%) or transfer your booking to another date.
For all privately booked business workshops, we require at least 7 business days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session.
Cancellation or rescheduling within 7 days will result in 100% of the fee being charged.
