The Mind Room is home to a Melbourne-based community of psychologists, wellbeing and performance professionals, mindfulness facilitators and other friendly, fun and wise people. 

We love teaching people the latest evidence-based psychology on how to work with your mind and body to enhance health, wellbeing and performance in life. 

We host a range of workshops in our relaxed studio warehouse in Collingwood. Each workshop is designed to explore science-backed ways for living well and provide a practical and interactive experience.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

PUBLIC WORKSHOPS

Our refund policy is pretty simple - if you have bought a ticket and can no longer attend, then send a friend.

Alternatively, if you notify us in writing at hello@themindroom.com.au, at least 14 days prior to the start of your class then we will arrange a refund (less any admin fees we have already incurred, up to max. 20%) or transfer your booking to another date.


BUSINESS WORKSHOPS

For all privately booked business workshops, we require at least 7 business days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session. 

Cancellation or rescheduling within 7 days will result in 100% of the fee being charged.

I attended the virtual Know your Destination workshop and had a total epiphany in the very first mindfulness exercise of the day! If like me, you feel a little adrift, I can highly recommend you connect in. In the exercise you imagined yourself on your 80th Birthday. This made me realise I didn’t need to worry so much about the future because I already had, and can always have, what makes me most invigorated and happy. The 3 hours then flew by, with other thought provoking ‘aha’ moments. For me, I was also able to crystallise my values which makes me feel grounded about where I am in life. Jo was a brilliant facilitator (wise, reassuring and open) and the workshop was presented in a highly interactive and inclusive way, pitched at just the right level (useful and easy to put into practice)
