In this demanding class, explore the techniques of creating classic and contemporary gateaux. Discover the secrets to layering flavours and textures to construct show-stopping desserts bursting with taste. Conducted by a skilled Pastry Chef, this hands-on course will enhance your patisserie skills and broaden your abilities with expert guidance.

Participants will learn how to decorate and present gateaux with precision and finesse, gaining insight into recipes and techniques such as mango or chocolate mousse, dacquoise, meringue, and chocolate ganache. On completion, attendees receive a certificate of attendance and get to take home all their handcrafted gateaux.
