Description

In this workshop Megan will take you through the beginning steps to help you on your way to becoming a brush lettering pro.

After a brief introduction, you will get stuck into warm up drills that will help you become confident with your pen, its pressures and the different stokes you can achieve using it. Followed by a run through the alphabet, and an exploration of different styles and techniques to create smooth, legible lettering.

After some practice lettering words and short phrases, Megan will guide you in creating your own composition of a short quote.

At the end of this workshop you will go away with the confidence to continue practicing your new skills and develop your own lettering style!
