Mindfulness Art Workshop

Description
This live online mindfulness art workshop introduces the fundamental elements and understanding of mindfulness. You will be guided through the techniques and learn how to create beautiful mandalas!
This class is perfect for beginners, as your friendly teacher will be there to guide you through a range of skills and mindful practices.
In this workshop, you will learn
- An introduction - what is mindfulness?
- How can we practice it in our daily schedule?
- Why practice mindfulness?
During the workshop, you will participate in a short meditation guided by your teacher. This is followed by a mindfulness activity, learning how to draw mandalas. You will learn the basic structure of mandalas, including shape and patterns and complete your own artwork.
To finish up, there will be a group discussion and reflection on the learnings, and you are welcome to ask any questions you may have!
This class is perfect if you're looking for virtual corporate well being event, a relaxing things to do at home or just want to catch up with some loved ones.

Suitable for
This Box and Live class is a great indoor activity idea for individuals and couples as well as for virtual team building activities at home. This is a fun indoor activity, suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 8 years old). An adult must be present whilst kid(s) engage with the box.
Please note: This class is priced per person and the Craft Box includes all the materials needed for one participant. In the NOTE section when booking please include address for the art box to be delivered too.

Cancellations & Refunds
If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.
OR
- A refund can be requested 7 days before class starts. Free of charge.
- A transfer can be requested 7 days before the class starts. Free of charge.
No changes will be allowed after these times.
Terms & Conditions
For Afterschool Art Smart Program -
Payment is made at the start of each term and will vary from term to term depending on the number of classes.
Please note that missed lessons are not refundable, but catch up lessons can be arranged at any of the other school locations, or a double lesson at your current location (subject to availability). If, however, you know child is going to be away at the start of the term for any length of time please let us know in advance before the commencement of the term and a revised invoice will be issued.
