Buttercream Cupcake Bouquet Age 16+ (Malaga, WA)

Zero star review. Do not book with this company. I was so looking forward to this class but the day before I came down with a bad cold and phoned the company to ask if I could change the class as I was really unwell. I was told that this was not possible and I needed to give 4 weeks notice to change the date and if I did not turn up the class would be forfeited. The lady on the phone was very rude. I tried to give away the class to some friends but they were all busy. I decided to go and was hoping when they saw how unwell I was they would reschedule, but this was not the case. We were told to arrive at 8.45 and we were all left outside until 9am. We were then rushed through to the classroom to start. We were given shop bought cakes to decorate and a tub of warm commercial icing mix, paper cups and 1 knife to mix the colours into the icing. The piping bags kept splitting for most people. The demonstration was basic and rushed. The instuctor walked around a couple of times to look at everyone working but was more intent on finishing decorating her own cakes than giving one on one assistance. The class was quite rushed and finished half an hour early, This was definitely not a beginner class as I did not learn anything. My finished cupcake bouquet looked nothing like the one pictured. I learnt more by watching a utube demo. Don't waste your money. Very disappointing and very rude staff. Would not recommend.

Wow I absolutely loved this class. The cupcakes looked amazing and I really surprised myself. Definitely keeping my eyes on other courses.
