If you own a pizza oven or are thinking of purchasing one, and want to know if they're worth it for you, then this is the class for you.
We'll make and cook pizza, explaining all the tips you need to make better pizza than any takeaway.
This class includes
- Learning how to make pizza (demonstration)
- Lunch (with lots of pizza)

What you will learn
- You will learn my favourite recipe for Pizza Dough
- How to have your pizza cooked off like it's come from a wood fired oven
- How to get those puffy edges and flavour combinations
What you will get
- You'll get lunch as much Pizza as you can eat
- You'll also get the full online course so you can go back and visit it as often as you like
- We'll even throw in a glass of vino.
Plenty of parking on our cooking school grounds
What to bring
- Please wear closed in shoes and have your hair tied back if its long.
- Bring an apron if you wear one.

Please read this section
We'll be using an Ovana Pizza oven. The model doesnt matter as much as the temperature. You'll need something that reaches about 400°C
Baking courses, Cooking courses using Thermo cookers and Conventional Methods.
Bec is a classically trained Chef/Pastry Chef who loves to share the knowledge of making and baking brilliant food. We hope to inspire with our tips, techniques and quick ideas.

Cancellations & Refunds
If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.

- A refund can be requested 7 days before class starts. Free of charge.

Anyone who participates in any classes or attends any events at Bec's Table Cooking School or is organised by Bec's Table Cooking School must agree to these terms and conditions.
