Description
Once all dishes are made students will be able to sit down with Marisa & Vince (her son and assistant for the night!) for dinner and a complimentary glass of wine. You'll enjoy your tasty creations and new friendships.

What you will learn
- You will learn to make tasty, easy to follow Italian Biscotti & cake recipes from scratch which will not only taste amazing but you'll be surprised how easy it is to make with no previous experience required. Just a healthy appetite!
- Learn to make Almond Biscotti, Walnut Syrup Cake, Crostata (tart case) with ricotta & Orange andContessa Shortbread with Jam and currants

- During this class you will also be given more hints, tips and extra ideas to make from the recipes provided.

Our Pastry Chef & Baker, Christian (formerly from Brunetti's in Carlton), will be baking mouth-watering delicacies on our premises daily. Place your orders for birthday and wedding cakes with us.
A variety of Cooking Classes will be conducted in our kitchen by Marisa, an experienced lecturer who is passionate about food (having taught cooking at both RMIT and CAE for over 13 years), and is also a food editor for CREMA magazine.

If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.

You may cancel anytime before class starts and claim a full refund or transfer or credit note.

Terms & Conditions
Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Bella Cosi or organised by Bella Cosi must agree to these terms and conditions.
1.) LIABILITY WAIVER
I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Bella Cosi
2.) PHOTO & VIDEO
I agree to give Bella Cosi unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Bella Cosi classes and events or on Bella Cosi premises. (For use of Bella Cosi marketing materials).
3.) REFUNDS
Bella Cosi requires 48 hours notice in writing prior to the class commencing for a refund, transfer or credit.
4.) CANCELLATIONS
In the event that a class is cancelled by Bella Cosi, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund, transfer or credit.
