South East Asian Summer Menu


A complete cultural experience is almost always guaranteed in the Spicers Tamarind Retreat. This time, one will venture into learning the classic cookery techniques of countries Malaysia, China & Cambodia. If you’ve never heard or tasted of them before, hint: they’re simple, but pack a punch. The menu for the day includes: Malay Beef Skewers, Pork Neck Cooked Lemongrass and Chili, Green Mango and Anchovy Salad, Chinese Vegetable Noodle Soup and Cambodian Yellow Fish Curry.

Miso, Tempeh & Soy Sauce


Some meals just aren’t complete with the right sides, and so in this short course you’ll learn to make the abovementioned fermented food products all on your own. Take home not just your finished goods, but the instructions and recipes as well.
