Share Your WeTeachMe Creation – Christmas 2025

1. Promoter

This competition (“Promotion”) is run by WeTeachMe Pty Ltd (“WeTeachMe”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

2. Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
• Parents or legal guardians (18+) may submit entries on behalf of minors who participated in a WeTeachMe class or created the work being shared.
• Entrants submitting on behalf of a child confirm they have full consent to share the child’s photo, video, and related content publicly.
• This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

3. Promotion Period

• Opens: 25 November 2025
• Closes: Monday 15 December 2025 at 11:59pm AEST
• Winners announced: Wednesday 17 December 2025

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

1. Post a photo of their creation or class experience.
2. Include in the caption: (a) What they made; and (b) Who they would gift this experience to.
3. Tag @weteachme and the host vendor’s Instagram account.
4. Use the hashtag #MyWeTeachMeStory.
5. (Optional) Add a short video for additional consideration by the judges.

Entries that tag both @weteachme and the vendor will receive additional points during judging.

5. Judging & Prizes

Judged Prizes

• Grand Prize: $250 WeTeachMe gift card (best overall entry)
• Category Winners (5 total): $100 WeTeachMe gift card each - Best Cooking Creation, Best Art/Craft Project, Best Wellness Moment, Most Creative Gift Idea, Best Transformation Story

Lucky Draw Prizes

• Three (3) participants will be randomly selected to receive a $50 WeTeachMe gift card each.

Participation Offer

• All eligible entrants will receive a 15% discount voucher for their next class (details provided directly to participants).

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Judging Criteria

Entries will be judged by WeTeachMe based on:

• Creativity
• Storytelling
• Visual appeal
• Relevance to the theme
• Use of tags and required content

All judging decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Content Usage (UGC Permission)

By entering the Promotion, participants:

• Grant WeTeachMe a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, and publish their submitted photos, videos, captions, and usernames.
• Agree that WeTeachMe may feature their content in marketing materials including, but not limited to, social media, online ads, newsletters, blogs, paid advertising, and other promotional campaigns in 2025, 2026, and beyond.
• Confirm that the content is their own or, if submitted on behalf of a minor, that they have full legal rights and consent to share it publicly.
• Agree that no additional compensation will be provided for the use of their content beyond any prize awarded.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @weteachme account. If a winner does not respond within 5 days, WeTeachMe reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Privacy

Personal information will only be used for administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, and distributing prizes, in accordance with WeTeachMe’s Privacy Policy.

10. General Conditions

• WeTeachMe reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• WeTeachMe may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise.
• By participating, entrants acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
