This is an Advanced class, which means it’s suitable for students who have completed several terms of aerials or equivalent. This is a 9 week course.
To participate, you must be able to:
- Invert from the ground without assistance
- Invert to basket from the top bar
- Pullover to swan from the ground,
- Single knee hang
- Minimum 5 seconds each leg
Class is charged at 50% at time of booking, 25% 2 weeks after class begins, and 25% 4 weeks after class starts unless you choose to pay in full at checkout.

Note: As of Term 4 2020, all students receive automatic Vulcana Bronze membership. This does not come at any cost to you, but means you have voting rights at AGM time. You can opt out of this at any time by emailing [email protected]

Vulcana’s circus workshop and performance projects engage a broad range of community participants and work in partnership with arts and community organisations to create opportunities for cultural expression and community development. In a safe, playful space we encourage participants to be themselves with joy and push the boundaries of what is achievable as one or in a group.
Cancellations & Refunds
If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
- A transfer can be requested anytime before the class starts. Free of charge.
- A credit note can be requested 2 days before the class starts. An admin fee of AU$20.00 applies.
No changes will be allowed after these times.
