- Workflow for single, double and triple baristas, docket ordering, setting up the bar for smooth service, steaming alternative milks, and more

- The skills needed to quickly and effectively pull shots and steam and pour milk with no loss of quality

Seasoned baristas who already know their way around an espresso machine

- Pen and paper if you want to take notes
What to wear
Casual clothing and closed-toed shoes
