Advanced RSA for Late Night Managers
Developed by William Angliss Institute in partnership with Liquor Control Victoria, this Advanced RSA course is designed for licensees, managers and staff of late night venues who regularly face complex operational, compliance and behavioural challenges.
This face-to-face program equips late night trading managers and supervisors with practical strategies to manage risk, ensure compliance and confidently respond to high-pressure situations in licensed venues.

- Managing anti-social behaviour
- Managing medical events, including overdoses
- Managing a security team
- Responding to emergencies or criminal acts
- Preparing for compliance inspections
Course Structure
- Online pre-learning covering Victorian liquor legislation and its intent
- Mandatory pre-course reading and online assessment (completed before attending)
- Face-to-face training session at William Angliss Institute
- Final assessments (quiz and case study) completed after the session
Certificate of Completion
Upon successful completion of all assessments, participants will receive a digital Certificate of Completion.
