Advanced RSA for Late Night Managers
Developed by William Angliss Institute in partnership with Liquor Control Victoria, this advanced RSA course is designed for licensees, managers, and staff working in late-night licensed venues. Participants will explore practical strategies to manage complex behaviours, compliance obligations, and high-risk situations commonly encountered in late-night trading environments.
The course focuses on risk management, harm minimisation, emergency response, and preparing for compliance inspections. It equips venue leaders with effective tools and systems tailored to their specific operational needs.
Course Structure
- Pre-course online learning covering Victorian liquor legislation and its intent.
- Completion of mandatory pre-reading and online assessment prior to the face-to-face session.
- Post-session final assessments (quiz and case study) to demonstrate competency.
Certificate of Completion
Upon successful completion of all assessments, participants will receive a digital Certificate of Completion.
