The course equips participants with tools and strategies to address the complexities tied to managing high-risk licensed venues.
Key topics include managing anti-social behaviour, handling medical emergencies (including overdoses), supervising security teams, responding to criminal acts, and preparing for compliance inspections.
Course Structure
- Online learning focusing on Victorian liquor laws precedes the face-to-face session.
- Access to online modules is granted upon booking.
- Final assessments (quiz and case study) are completed post in-person training.
Certificate of Completion
- Participants who successfully complete all components will receive a digital certificate via the Moodle platform.
