Advanced RSA for Night Managers (VIC)
Developed by William Angliss Institute in partnership with Liquor Control Victoria, this Advanced RSA course is designed for licensees, managers and staff working in late night venues. It addresses the unique challenges, risk management responsibilities and compliance requirements faced by night managers in high-risk environments.
The course provides practical strategies and expert guidance to help you manage anti-social behaviour, medical incidents (including overdoses), security teams, emergencies, criminal acts and compliance inspections.
Course Structure
- Mandatory online pre-learning component covering Victorian liquor legislation and its intent.
- Face-to-face training session focused on real-world scenarios and risk management strategies.
- Post-session final assessments (quiz and case study) to be completed after attending the workshop.
Login details for the online component will be provided after booking and payment. The pre-course assessment must be completed before attending the face-to-face session.
Certificate of Completion
Upon successful completion of all assessments, participants can download a digital Certificate of Completion via the Moodle platform.
