This accredited Food Handlers Course (SITXFSA005 – Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety) is ideal for those working in hospitality. It provides fundamental skills and knowledge to safely handle food and comply with legal food safety requirements.
A food handler includes anyone involved in food preparation, cooking, serving, storing, or cleaning equipment. The course covers:
