Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) - VIC
Complete your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification online via Zoom and meet the requirements set by Liquor Control Victoria (LCV). This course is mandatory for anyone working where alcohol is sold or served across various types of venues in Victoria, including hospitality, tourism, events, and packaged liquor sales.
The course includes an LCV-approved RSA module and an additional online training on Sexual Harassment and Assault: Recognise, Prevent and Respond, to help staff better understand and deal with such incidents in licensed venues.
Upon successful completion of both modules, you will be able to download your RSA Certificate of Completion from the LCV Learning Hub.
Schedule & Assessment
- RSA Course Duration: 6 hours via Zoom
- Sexual Harassment Module: 1 hour, self-paced online via LCV Hub
- Assessment Requirements: Active participation, role plays (Drug Affected, Emotional Distress, No Food), and a multi-part online quiz (multiple-choice and true/false). Must be visible during training; assessment completed in one sitting.
Certification Validity
- Must be aged 16+ to take the course, 18+ to use the certificate
- Certificate valid for 3 years; an online refresher (free) is required every 3 years before expiry

- Enrolment form must be submitted before receiving certificates
- Training resources such as workbooks and fact sheets should be downloaded and ready by training day
