Ever wanted to try Aerial Pole? Now is your chance!
This workshop will teach the foundations of climbs and leg holds.It will help you become familiar with how pole feels on the body with certain grips, teach you some basic tricks and a ew combination sequences.
It is recommended that students have completed at least one term of general aerials before enrolling.

What to wear
There will be two types of poles for you to try — a stainless steel pole and a silicone rubber-covered pole. For the stainless steel pole, grip is achieved through skin contact, so we recommend wearing a singlet or sports bra and shorts — the more leg and skin contact, the better for grip. For the rubber-covered pole, grip works best with fabric. Please bring a change of clothes such as long tights and a long-sleeve top so you can experience both styles comfortably.

Cancellations & Refunds
If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
- A transfer can be requested anytime before the class starts. Free of charge.
- A credit note can be requested 2 days before the class starts. An admin fee of AU$20.00 applies.
No changes will be allowed after these times.
