Bean to Bar Chocolate Making

Curious to know how to make chocolate? This immersive, hands-on course introduces you to the Bean to Bar craft chocolate process, helping you uncover the rich flavors and techniques behind premium chocolate making.

Learn how to taste chocolate and appreciate its nuanced profiles while gaining knowledge about the growing regions, historical background, and ethical sourcing of cacao beans. You'll be guided through every level of chocolate making — from bean selection, roasting, tempering, and particle size measurements to moulding, packaging, and creating that shiny professional finish.

Participants will produce batches of both milk and dark chocolate, enjoy a light lunch on the second day, and take home a selection of their creations. A digital certificate of attendance will be awarded upon completion.

Sustainability Note

  • Please bring suitable containers for transporting your chocolates, as disposable containers will not be provided in alignment with our environmental policies.
