Begin by learning to taste and appreciate the nuances of craft chocolate. Delve into the background of Bean to Bar chocolate including its history, growing regions, conditions, equipment, and ingredients.
This hands-on class guides you through selecting beans, crafting milk and dark chocolate, and understanding micron measurement for ideal particle size. You'll also master the art of tempering, mould preparation, and professional techniques for achieving that lustrous chocolate finish. Participants will take home their delicious handmade chocolate and receive a certificate of attendance upon completion. A light lunch is served on the second day.
