Journey Into Abstraction

A Message from Box Hill Art Group:
Thank you for booking with us! Should your plans change, please notify us promptly so we can make the necessary adjustments. We look forward to an engaging session with you!

Foster your creativity through an enhanced awareness of colour and form.

This workshop is suitable for artists of all skill levels. It will include discussion of reference materials based on the work of a range of significant artists. Then Dinusha will give a demonstration which will be followed by individual work and feedback. The aim is to foster the intuitive use of creativity in an atmosphere of curiosity and experimentation.

Collage will be one gateway to abstract composition and will form the basis for a finished painting.

Then using either limited palette or contrasting colours you will explore colour and mood, to start a second journey to create another composition.

Whilst you are working on your own paintings Dinushea will provide individual feedback and support.
