Learn Tai Chi and how to be active with this beginner-friendly course in Sydney. Practising Tai Chi improves balance, coordination, and core strength, while enhancing mental clarity and emotional wellness. This ancient martial and healing art promotes inner harmony and mindfulness by helping you understand your body’s movement and breath.
In this introductory class, participants explore techniques to release stress, relax the mind and body, open joints for improved mobility, and develop postural and body awareness. Rooted in the Chen style, known for twisting and silk-reeling movements, Tai Chi goes beyond slow-motion exercise—it's a transformative experience of self-discovery and healing.
