Participants receive comprehensive video analysis filmed from multiple angles—above and below water. The footage is recorded and emailed to you after the session. For follow-up sessions, analysis is uploaded to the Skillest app within one week, with recommended drills included. The video analysis is done by your coach during the week and delivered remotely, not during the in-person session.

Dress requirements vary by class style. Hip Hop classes require street gear you can move in, with mandatory street/runners or dance shoes. Heels classes recommend low or no-platform heels, though heels are not compulsory—wear an outfit that makes you feel confident. Afro Fusion classes require gym shoes, sneakers, running shoes, or barefoot dancing with loose-fitting gym pants and a stretchy singlet or t-shirt. Most classes require you to be prepared to sweat, so wear layers or bring a change of clothes.
