Want to cook from the heart and put yourself on the plate? Need to ‘inject some flavour’ and ‘balance your dish’ (and not just from the microwave to your lap in front of the TV)? Are you not ready to go home because you still have so much to give? This hands-on cooking class takes you from disaster chef to master chef.
This beginner-friendly course is perfect for those with little or no kitchen experience, launching novice cooks into the delicious world of home-cooked meals while building confidence in the kitchen. You'll explore fundamental cooking techniques, key equipment, and knife skills. You’ll also learn how to prepare and present basic, tasty dishes that celebrate every ingredient on the plate.
By course end, you’ll earn a certificate of attendance and a new passion for cooking. To support environmental sustainability, please bring your own reusable containers to take home what you make.
