In this event we will create a still-life art piece with inspiration from Matisse and Picasso!
Paint & sip sessions are a fun way to meet new people, rediscover your love for painting or simply explore what creativity means to you in a relaxing, supportive environment.
In this session we use artwork by an old master to inspire our own work. Using the featured art as a simulus, we will encourage and guide you to tell your own story by creating your own version of the featured art. The emphasis is on fun and bright colours. You'll be surprised at what you come up with; in fact you will fall in love with it and be proud to call it your own.
No experience necessary, just come with an open mind!
Classes are limited to 16 students to maximise individualised guidance from our artist.
You will learn
- Basic skills on how to start sketching / painting / colour mixing with acrylic paints.
- Gain an insight and inspiration from the art and lives of famous artists.
- Allow your inner artist to emerge in a friendly space.
You will get
- All art materials and aprons provided. Take home your masterpiece!
- Personalised guidance based on your needs.
- Wine glasses, cutlery and plates. You may BYO food and drink.

Jen will be assisting our new artist, Clarice, in her orientation to Studioinqu for this event. Jen does art whenever she can to have fun, get messy and escape to different worlds at a different pace.
Clarice is an international artist with a bubbly nature. She has held painting and drawing workshops in the UK, Europe and Australia. She has had exhibitions of her artwork. She is excited to be joining us with her tips on creativity and wellness.

Cancellations & Refunds
If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
- A refund can be requested 2 days before class starts. An admin fee of AU$5.00 applies.
- A transfer can be requested 2 days before the class starts. Free of charge.
No changes will be allowed after these times.

Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Studio Inqu or organised by Studio Inqu must agree to these terms and conditions.

2.) PHOTO & VIDEO
I agree to give Studio Inqu unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Studio Inqu classes and events or on Studio Inqu premises. (For use of Studio Inqu marketing materials).
