Hula Hoops with Hannah Indigo

Hula Hooping is a really fun way to build coordination, fitness and body isolation technique. Suitable for all fitness and skill levels.

Learn a little ore about your trainer Hannah Indigo:

Hannah Indigo is a Meanjin/Brisbane based hulahooper, bubble blower, danger act specialist, and all-round silly billy. Diving head first into circus in 2013, and finding their happy place flnging plastic circles around their body, they've gone on to perform and teach multi-hulahoops all over Australia from capital cities down to small remote country towns.
