Looking for fun things to do in Perth? Join Shannan for her pastel painting workshop and learn to paint the ocean, seascapes and sunsets in your own artistic style!

In this class, you'll learn about scaling, basic drawing techniques, different types of paper and painting techniques for different grains of medium for pastels. With guidance from expert Shannan herself, you'll be able to uncover your unique artistic style and create your very own seascapes.

I encourage you to bring your own reference, printed on A4 paper so you can match colours. I have a file of some images to choose but it much better to paint something you will cherish, a favourite vacation photo or a family memory always makes a great painting that you will be proud to hang at home.

All art materials are provided so just sit back and relax as you learn to paint a beautiful piece of art that you'll cherish forever!

Note: Your finishing painting will be able to fit into a 60 x 90 cm frame that you can purchase from any store.

Free cancellation is not available as my workshops are booked out weeks in advance and I only have 4-8 spots per class. As a small business it is very difficult to manage cancellations & rescheduling so please understand if as much notice is given as possible it may be possible for me to fill a spot but it is impossible to do so last minute.
