Inclusive Aerials: For People with Disability

This beginner-level aerial class is thoughtfully designed for people living with disability who want to explore movement, build confidence, and be part of an inclusive community.

Led by Lauren Watson, a wheelchair user and experienced aerialist, this class creates a supportive space where you can work at your own pace, with no rush, no pressure, and no expectations to perform.

You’ll learn aerial skills and tricks specifically adapted and designed for different bodies and abilities. Whether you’re brand new to aerials or returning to movement, you’ll be guided safely and respectfully every step of the way.

Afraid of heights? That’s completely okay. We teach as low as you need. There is no pressure to go high. Your comfort and confidence come first.

This class focuses on:

  • Building confidence and body awareness
  • Developing strength and coordination in a supportive environment
  • Learning accessible aerial techniques
  • Connecting with others in a welcoming, inclusive community
  • Come as you are. Move in the way that works for you. Be part of something empowering.

This is a 4 week course and 5 student spots available. Support workers welcomed and please email development@vulcana.org.au if you need a NDIS support and require an invoice.
