It’s tiiiimmmee! Open for public bookings or private Christmas parties, our famous gingerbread house decorating workshops are back! Missed out during the last few years? This year we’ve added extra public dates and made them bookable earlier so that the festive feast can get started ASAP!
In our DIY Gingerbread House Decorating Class in Melbourne, you will learn how to create festive and delicious gingerbread houses to proudly display or devour. This workshop will guide you on how to assemble and decorate your own unique gingerbread house from scratch. Don't worry if you're a beginner; our friendly instructors will be there to guide you every step of the way.
Throughout the activity, you will work with a variety of sweet decorations like icing, candies, and sprinkles to make your gingerbread house truly special. You might feel a sense of joy and accomplishment as you see your creation come to life in front of your eyes.
By the end of the class, not only will you have gained new DIY skills, but you will also have a beautifully decorated gingerbread house to take home and display with pride or share with loved ones.

None! This is a beginner-level workshop developed for adults, kids, and teens to create a delicious gingerbread house that will also teach you the skills to create impressively decorated treats all year with cakes, icing, biscuits, or anything sweet and sprinkle-speckled!

In 2027 we plan to do more of our excellent work in our community, with partnerships across Melbourne's deeply important helpers in education, council, community space, and social enterprises.

Cancellations & Refunds
If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.
OR
- A refund can be requested 2 days before class starts. An admin fee of AU$5.00 applies.
- A transfer can be requested 1 day before the class starts. Free of charge.
- A credit note can be requested 2 days before the class starts. Free of charge.
No changes will be allowed after these times.
We recommend the refund upgrade option upon checkout in case you’re not able to attend the class. Learn more about refund upgrade option.
Terms & Conditions
Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Paint With Me Melbourne or organised by Paint With Me Melbourne must agree to these terms and conditions.
1.) LIABILITY WAIVER
I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Paint With Me Melbourne
2.) PHOTO & VIDEO
I agree to give Paint With Me Melbourne unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Paint With Me Melbourne classes and events or on Paint With Me Melbourne premises. (For use of Paint With Me Melbourne marketing materials). If you do not wish to have this please let us know as we will assume so.
3.) REFUNDS
Paint With Me Melbourne requires 48 hours notice in writing prior to the class commencing for a transfer or credit. There are No refund 7 days prior to classes.
4.) CANCELLATIONS
In the event that a class is cancelled by Paint With Me Melbourne, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund, transfer or credit if within the time frame.
