  Little Lon Premium Gin MasterClasses run on Thursdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 3:00pm. The experience includes a G&T welcome drink, tasting of 4 hand-crafted gins with garnishes and paired tonic waters, history of Little Lon and the building, and concludes with 1 cocktail of your choice. The Premium Gin MasterClass adds a grazing of cheese and charcuterie boards to the standard Masterclass & Gin Tasting offering.

  Wine challenge tastings range from $159 to $199. The Champagne Challenge is $199 and includes tasting 12 premium champagnes blind-tasted plus supper. The Chardonnay Challenge and Pinot Noir Challenge are both $159 and include 12 wines tasted blind with a supper course. The Shiraz Challenge involves blind tasting a controversial icon against 11 other premium shiraz and syrah, with voting on best in show, followed by light supper with a 13th glass tasting.

  Yes. The Introduction to Wine Four Week Course costs $259 and runs for four consecutive weeks on Tuesdays from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at Armadale Cellars' cellars. It covers Champagne & Sparkling Wines, White Wines, Red Wines, and Dessert Wines, Ageing and Cellaring across the four weeks. There is also an Advanced Red Wine Four Week Course for $299 featuring over $2000 of premium red wines from producers such as Tapanappa, Delas, Isole e Olena, Cullen, and Paradigm Hill.
