For the Torquay 2-hour clinic, underwater filming and analysis is available as an optional add-on service ($99) where coaches record you from 4 different angles and provide a detailed stroke analysis within 7 days via the Skillest app. The 4-hour Sydney and Melbourne clinics incorporate filming and analysis throughout the entire session.

Freestyle swimming clinics are run by coaches who have competed or coached at a National or International level and have experience working with all levels of swimmers from beginner to elite. AFL private coaching is provided by James O'Connor (Joc), who is an Assistant Coach with Werribee Football Club VFL, former Midfield Development Coach at Geelong Cats VFL, and Head Coach of the Geelong Falcons U16 team. School holiday footy camps are coached by elite coaches. Soccer Pro Academy programs are led by current professional soccer players.

Soccer Pro training classes maintain smaller groups of approximately 10 players with a maximum of 16 participants. This limited group size allows coaches to specialize each component of the session to suit individual player needs. Programs are designed for both novice and experienced players within specific age groups to enable individual improvement in the shortest possible time.

Yes. School holiday footy camps with elite coaching are offered in 12 locations across Victoria and South Australia: Geelong, Shepparton, Ballarat, Frankston, Bendigo, Mount Gambier, Warrnambool, Sale Gippsland, Albury-Wodonga, Traralgon, Torquay, and Brisbane. All camps include drills, skills development, and fun games. Most locations offer optional video analysis of kicking technique, while several camps feature live filming and analysis with regular feedback throughout the program.

Three competitive soccer league options are available: the Junior Champions League for Kangaroos level teams only, featuring mid-week matches (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday) once per month in South, East, North, West and Regional zones for U8, U9, and U13 age groups; the Junior Academy League offering high-level invite-only competition matches year-round with participation in the Junior Premier League (Feb-Sept) against the best clubs and academies in 30+ home and away matches; and the Junior Academy League Holiday Cup, a 2-day competition held at the Veneto Club Bulleen to determine the best academy in Melbourne.
