Landscapes are one of the most popular forms of photography. But it can also be one of the hardest to master. Glorious vistas, glowing sunsets, flowing rivers. We all stand in awe of such things, but do we really do them justice when we take a photo?
Whether with an expensive camera, or just your smartphone, there are a myriad of tips and tricks to get the best out of your landscape photography. This workshop includes technical hints, editing and composition tricks that will elevate your landscape images to the next level.

After 30 years experience in photography, journalism, communications, customer service, consumer law and broadcasting, Colin Bushell established Bigger Boat Creative Solutions (incorporating Colin Bushell Photography) in 2011. The winner of the Lord Mayor’s Photographic Award in 2015, Colin spends up to three months of the year in search of photographic challenges around the world, working on assignments from as far afield as Hawaii, Italy, England, Arizona, Thailand and Germany. When back in his studio and office in The Gap, Brisbane, Colin delivers striking marketing images, corporate profiles and brand features, while working for a series of Australia-wide magazine titles. He also runs workshops and one-on-ones in photography, creative writing and feature writing; leads photography safaris around Queensland with fellow PPAQ professional Craig Stampfli, and is always on the lookout for the next big challenge.
Your Teacher
Colin is a multi award-winning professional photographer, certified with the Professional Photographers' Association of Queensland. He is president of The Gap Creative, and has worked as a photojournalist, writer and editor throughout the world.
He has a fun, informative and relaxed style and loves sharing his passion for photography with all; regardless of their level of experience and the size of their equipment!

1.) LIABILITY WAIVER
I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Colin Bushell Photography.
2.) PHOTO & VIDEO
I agree to give Colin Bushell Photography unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Colin Bushell Photography classes and events or on Colin Bushell Photography's premises. (For use of Colin Bushell Photography marketing materials).
3.) REFUNDS
Colin Bushell Photography requires 48 hours notice in writing prior to the class for a full refund or transfer (24 Hours for online workshops).
4.) CANCELLATIONS
In the event that a class is cancelled, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund or credit.
