Martyn Huckerby is an International Partner in the Corporate Group of the Shanghai office of King & Wood Mallesons, where he specialises in corporate, regulatory and employment law. Mr. Mark Zhang specializes in foreign investment, M&A, PE&VC, liquidation and restructuring, as well as general corporate matters.
Mr. Zhang has in-depth experience advising clients in the healthcare and life science sectors.
