Climate Changers Film Showing
Description
Are you interested in exploring positive action for the environment and climate and what it could mean to you, your family and community?
Edendale is partnering with Nillumbik Climate Action Team (NCAT) to present a series of film nights and discussions across 2024 as part of the Nillumbik Environment and Climate Action Hub (NECAH) initiative.
The first film will be Climate Changers which documents Tim Flannery’s search for leadership on climate change. He asks where are the leaders who will drive change? Are they strong enough to triumph where others have failed?
Tim poses these questions and more as he meets leaders past and present in the hope of finding answers.
After the showing we will have a discussion about some of the ideas explored in the film.
Future Film night dates for this year to put in your diary are:
- Thursday 11th July - 7pm to 9pm
- Thursday 12th September - 7pm to 9pm
- Thursday 14th November - 7pm to 9pm
