ABSENCE
If you will be / are away from class / session for more than 2 weeks during term, please ensure you advise your tutor / leader, or the office. This will ensure you keep your place.
If your circumstances change and you no longer need your place in your class / session, please let us know so it can be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
RFUNDS
We are happy to offer a full refund should you choose to cancel your enrolment prior to the activity commencing. ie. cancellation of Term enrolment prior to the first session of the Term.
Unfortunately we are not able to extend this refund offer to activities where included materials are ordered, in advance, for each participant prior to the class commencing. In this scenario, the refund would be the class fee, less the cost of materials and tuition.
We do offer refunds for individual sessions missed due to medical reasons, illness or injury.
We are a small not for profit community centre and most of our activities are 'fee for service' meaning we rely on enrolment fees paid by participants to cover our overhead costs, including facilitator wages. For this reason we rely on full Term commitment to activities and charge fees as Term fees.
We are unable to offer casual or pay as you go options, and we cannot provide refunds or credits for sessions missed due to other outings or holidays. We appreciate your understanding.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
LCC collects personal information, ie. your name, address, contact details, etc)to enable us to complete our enrolment. LCC respects all personal and confidential information given and will take all practical precautions to protect information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Relevant information will be forwarded to the tutor of each class. Please notify the office if you do not want your details to be forwarded to the class tutor.
