First, this is a great class to take for anyone interested in writing and illustrating a picture book from an instructor who is well versed and experienced in this industry. Second, I believe that just about everything presented in this well organized and in-depth class is applicable to and beneficial for anyone interested in writing and illustrating (period) Third, the environment and atmosphere of the Malvern School of Art is conducive to being immersed in the world of a true artist with excellent and ample art supplies, work desks, seating, lighting, and outstanding sample illustrations. And finally, I drove 80 minutes to and from this class for 10 weeks without missing any because every class was anticipated with learning something new in the writing and illustrating industry, knowing that it was a safe and friendly class, and conducted by a tremendously knowledgeable, patient, apt to teach, kind and funny instructor.

A fantastic step by step guide to making a picture book. No stone left unturned. You will learn the secrets to what you need in the industry and build your skills. Tull will help you build your confidence with drawing and watercolour painting. Bonus is his little jokes and absolutely beautiful drawings.
