Learn about the process of Ideation and validation, industry food & beverage trends, growth categories and hear some secrets of the marketing world on panel testing etc.

Agatha Ioannou of Emporia Marketing will facilitate the workshop drawing on her 20 years of marketing experience through working with brands such as McCormick Foods, Keen's Mustard, Aeroplane Jelly, Cake Mate, Plumore,  and Jomeis Fine Foods. A particular highlight was working with Jomeis Fine Foods to diversify and increase their product range into different retail sectors generating double digit growth.

Refunds are available on cancellation of your place, up until the time tickets stop selling (usually two days before the class date).

Please note that we have minimum requirements for our classes to run effectively. If these numbers are not met, we reserve the right to cancel the class and offer a full refund or a transfer to another class.

Cancellations of class participants will be accepted up to two days before the class date. No refunds will be given if your place is cancelled within those two days.

Transfers are accepted. Please let us know who to expect in your place.
