Tailored for beginners, this class will transform you into a ricotta and ravioli aficionado. We’ll make it so effortless that you'll be inspired to create fresh pasta every night of the week!
What’s more impressive than making your own fresh ricotta ravioli? If you make that ricotta from scratch too!
Enjoy a glass of French rosé on arrival while we take you through a brief history and theory of making perfect egg pasta, before getting your hands dirty while mixing and kneading your egg pasta dough. While the dough rests, you’ll learn to make your own fresh ricotta using store bought milk.
Finally, fill and seal your ravioli with a mouth-watering spinach and ricotta filling that will leave you weak at the knees.
This is a course for beginners, which will leave you confident in your own ability to whip up pasta and ricotta in your own kitchen.

Finish the class with a sit down meal and enjoy your own ravioli, then take home your extra ravioli and your hand-crafted ricotta to enjoy all over again.

What to bring
- Bring your own containers 🫙 - Help us save the environment and reduce landfill by bringing your own container (approximately 1x 1.5L container) to take your leftover Ravioli in. We'll provide containers for your Ricotta. Let's cheese responsibly!
What to wear
Closed toe shoes with a good level of grip.

If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a transfer or credit note.
If you can't attend the class:
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.

- A transfer can be requested 7 days before the class starts. Free of charge.
- A credit note can be requested 7 days before the class starts. Free of charge.
No changes will be allowed after these times.
