Alongside our 2 hour hands on session, with this course you will gain access to a suite of video content that will kickstart your learning. What this means is you will spend more time in your session brewing, tasting and learning. Our additional content will allow you to digest the theoretical side of brewing before & after the session in order to become an even better brewer.
We focus on the 'pour over' method, but are happy to help you with everything you need to enjoy the entire spectrum of filter beverages, whether its at home, in the café or anywhere else you can plug in your kettle. We'll give you a thorough overview of all of the key variables that affect your brewing, such as bean selection, coffee recipes, and many more.
In this course, you will learn:
- Choosing the right beans for the best brew.
- How different brewing methods and techniques affect flavour.
- Analysing taste and adjusting your recipe for improved results.
- What variables you can, and should be controlling when you brew coffee.

- A refund can be requested 2 days before class starts. An admin fee of AU$7.00 applies.
- A transfer can be requested 2 days before the class starts. Free of charge.
No changes will be allowed after these times.

Please allow a minimum of 48 hours' prior to course commencement to transfer or cancel your course attendance, or you will forfeit your full course and booking fee.
