Do you have your own machine at home but struggling to get good coffee out of it? This session is targeted at the home user and is a flexible course tailored to your needs. Let our expert trainers analyse how you make a coffee on your own machine and then take your skills up a notch giving you the confidence to make coffee for you and your loved ones.
If there are any questions or specific areas you would like to focus on bring these up at the course and we can help you get to where you want to be.
We supply the coffee and dairy milk however if you wish to use a specific alternate milk you are welcome to bring your own.
This class is designed for a maximum of 2 people bringing their own machine.

ONA Coffee Sydney is a showcase coffee bar of Australian specialty coffee roaster, ONA Coffee.

Cancellations & Refunds
If the organiser cancels the class:
You are entitled to a full refund.
If you can't attend the class:
You’re welcome to send someone in your place.
OR
- A refund can be requested 2 days before class starts. An admin fee of AU$7.00 applies.
- A transfer can be requested 2 days before the class starts. Free of charge.
No changes will be allowed after these times.
We recommend the refund upgrade option upon checkout in case you’re not able to attend the class. Learn more about refund upgrade option.
Terms & Conditions
1. Cancellation before 48 hours:
If a cancellation request is received more than 48 hours before the course commencement, a full refund (excluding a non-refundable account fee) will be provided.
2. Cancellation within 48 hours:
For Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start time, no refund will be provided.
3. Transfer before 48 hours:
If a course transfer request is made more than 48 hours before the course commence, the transfer will be processed at no additional charge.
4. Transfer within 48 hours:
If a course transfer request is received within 48 hours before the commencement of the course, a $50 administration fee will be applied for processing the transfer.
5. How to switch things up:
Please send us email via sydneytraining@onacoffee.com.au to make any refund or transfer requests. Simply include your full name, class details, and why you need to make a change.
6. If we cancel the course:
In the rare circumstance that we have to cancel a class, you will be getting a full refund. Class fee and any account fee included.
