Brewer // Filter Master Class

This advanced filter coffee class is designed for coffee enthusiasts who already have a foundational understanding of brewing but want to take their skills further by exploring secondary variables in brewing.

The class offers a theoretical and practical deep dive into key areas such as water composition, various brewing devices, and extract chilling techniques.

By the end of the session, participants will create their best brew using a combination of newfound knowledge and experimentation.

Course objectives:

- Using the skills and knowledge gained throughout the class, students will create and perfect their signature filter brew. This involves choosing a brewing device, manipulating water composition, and deciding on extract chilling techniques.

- Custom Brew Creation: Each student selects their favourite brewing variables and creates their best filter coffee.

- Group Tasting Session: Present your brew, discuss choices, and receive feedback.

- Instructor Feedback: Instructors provide personalized tips for further refinement.

Terms and conditions

1. Cancellation before 48 hours:

If a cancellation request is received more than 48 hours before the course commencement, a full refund (excluding a non-refundable account fee) will be provided.

2. Cancellation within 48 hours:

For Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start time, no refund will be provided.

3. Transfer before 48 hours:

If a course transfer request is made more than 48 hours before the course commence, the transfer will be processed at no additional charge.

4. Transfer within 48 hours:

If a course transfer request is received within 48 hours before the commencement of the course, a $50 administration fee will be applied for processing the transfer.

5. How to switch things up:

Please send us email via sydneytraining@onacoffee.com.au to make any refund or transfer requests. Simply include your full name, class details, and why you need to make a change.

6. If we cancel the course:

In the rare circumstance that we have to cancel a class, you will be getting a full refund. Class fee and any account fee included.
