Sourdough microbakery based in Mount Evelyn VIC (3796), baking from a home bakery and supplying the local areas with freshly baked handcrafted artisan sourdough since 2022. Been running sourdough workshops since March 2023.

I booked this knowing nothing and have now been upskilled to a solid and good understanding of sourdough from its start to the table. Fei is a terrific teacher, instructions are excellent, product is delicious and I feel capable to continue.

This bread making class with Fei was fantastic and fun! I did it with a group of friends and we all really enjoyed it. We learnt lots and enjoyed baking delicious sour dough in the class and at home! We were all beginners with a desire to bake good bread, and this class was a great way to learn great techniques from the very start. Fei was a terrific teacher and had everything that we needed organised to make the class fun and enjoyable! Highly recommend this bread making class with Fei!

Cancellations & Refunds

If the organiser cancels the class:

You are entitled to a full refund.

If you can't attend the class:

You’re welcome to send someone in your place.

A refund can be requested 14 days before class starts. An admin fee of AU$10.00 applies.
A transfer can be requested 7 days before the class starts. An admin fee of AU$10.00 applies.
A credit note can be requested 14 days before the class starts. An admin fee of AU$10.00 applies.

No changes will be allowed after these times.
