Perfect for beginners and such a great experience I absolutely loved this weekend intensive. I went in as a beginner and came out feeling genuinely confident on the wheel. Having two full days made such a difference because there was time to practise, make mistakes, ask questions and really improve without feeling rushed. The teaching was clear, relaxed and super encouraging, I learnt so much in a short amount of time and surprised myself with what I was able to make by the end of the weekend. If you’re new to wheel throwing and want a proper introduction rather than a quick taste, this course is fantastic. I had an amazing time and would highly recommend it.

I had the best time at this workshop. I’ve always loved crafty things but had never tried pottery before, and this was such a great place to start. Everything was explained really clearly and it never felt intimidating. The studio is lovely and relaxed, and the teacher was super encouraging without taking over. I honestly can’t believe I made a mug that looks like something I’d actually use at home. It was really satisfying and such a nice break from staring at a screen all week. I left feeling proud of what I made and just in a really good mood. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to try pottery for the first time or just do something creative and fun. I’m already keen to book another class.
