Trained in dance and stilt performance, Lucy moves through Latin, Salsa, Hip-hop, Jazz, Commercial, and Zumba with a playful mix of style, skill, and realness. Adaptable and creative, Lucy’s grown from teaching classes at studios around Melbourne for over a decade to hosting and performing at massive festivals, events and leading engaging corporate experiences.Whether she’s motivating thousands as the official Dance Fit trainer for the 28 by Sam Wood fitness app, teaching Hip-hop in Indigenous communities across Arnhem Land, leading programs for special needs groups, or bringing music and connection via her specially developed themed workshops and events, Lucy’s work is always about inspiring people to feel included, alive, and free to move their way.
