Description

Are you a group of graphic designers, colleagues, students or artists who want to learn more about Riso printing? Riso printing is a fun and affordable method of creating artworks, zines, posters, invites & more. Its eye-catching colours and affordability make it especially suitable when you want to create something unique in a small print run.

We own an ME9350 Risograph press. It prints two gorgeous paint-like spot colours (like our signature fluro pink or the bright gold) at once on paper ranging from 80-250gsm, giving you a handmade effect that you can't get with digital printing.

We operate the only publicly-accessible DIY Risograph printing service in Sydney. We are non-profit and want to share our love of Riso printing with you.

In this workshop we'll run through things to think about when designing a print for the Risograph, show you own the printer operates, before using collage and analogue printing techniques to create your own printed work. (We can do mini-zines, art prints,  cards, or something else of your choosing).

This private group workshop is ideal for 6-8 people, at a cost from $50 per head (minimum for a private workshop is $350), although we can fit some extras depending on the workshop theme you would like to do.

We are also very happy to tailor the class to your group, so please let us know if there's anything special you'd like us to cover or make, or if you'd like a longer or shorter workshop.

The best way would be to contact us under workshop@rizzeria.com to find out more and to see when we have volunteers available to facilitate your class.
