A really great introduction to the world of food styling. The hands on component is most valuable and not something that can be replicated online. Highly recommend!

Fun 2 days with Bianca learning the theories in the first class and putting everything we've learnt from the theory day into practise in the second class. I signed up to this course to pick up a new skill set, but also a way to see whether this is a potential career path at some point in my life as it combines both of my passions (creative x food) . Bianca was very generous at sharing her ticks of the trade and all the things she looks out for when it comes to styling and getting the 'perfect' shot. Highly recommend this to someone that is looking to improve their styling capability for their own business or even just to use and practise our creative brain/ skill for personal pursuits/ interest.

I loved this course as it was conveniently spread out over 2 weekends, giving us the opportunity to apply the theory & styling principles to our own work, with an experienced instructor and professional photographer to capture the results. It was very informative and enjoyable, worth the investment & time, I highly recommend it! Thank you to Bianca for the knowledge and experience, & Tatiana for the photos.
