Chocolate Making

Description

Let's celebrate our favourite holiday together!

Our Chocolatiers will teach you the traditional French technique of hand tempering on marble. You will then get to create your own bespoke Christmas gifts... If they last that long!

Try your hand at making raspberry stars, gold dusted Christmas baubles, plum pudding disks and a Christmas spice chocolate bar.

Everyone leaves with a certificate and goody bag to take home everything made during the class.

We require a minimum number of 6 participants to run the class. Should there not be sufficient numbers the week prior to the class date, we will contact you to reschedule your booking.

The class runs for 2 hours. Please note this class uses MILK chocolate. (If you book a private class of 6 friends you can chose other options)

This can be held as a PRIVATE class just for your family and friends or work group for 6 or more delegates at no extra charge. Please call Rebecca Monday - Friday on 0414701477 to book a private date of your choice.

I had a great experience at the Christmas class and recommend. We had plenty to nibble on as we made a range of chocolates with plenty to take home. The class is well managed and explained with the opportunity to all to get a go at each step of the chocolate making process. A great picturesque location with plenty of paid parking available nearby. Any of their classes would be enjoyable to attend.
