Another very enjoyable class. The instructions were presented in a clear and accessible manner. Having completed the course I felt confident to immediately start making a batch of Persian Fetta at home with excellent results. Highly recommended

I absolutely loved this class. Both Lucy and Gerrie were fun and informative sharing practical and money saving ideas to start me on my cheese making journey. The recipes were easy and the end product delicious. Will definitely do another class.

Lucy and Gerry demonstrated making Persian Feta as well as how to make yoghurt passionately. We also left with our own booklet with the instructions. Venue was lovely, P.S the tastings were yummy and a bonus!!
