Personalise it with a Circuit sticker and WHAM you are walking away with a bespoke, never to be seen again personal journal.
PART 2
Journaling is starting a conversation with yourself on paper. But why is this so important? Well... If you don't understand yourself, how can you expect anyone else to? And you've probably heard that self-awareness is important, but do you know how to cultivate it? In this workshop, you'll learn how. It begins with understanding how to ask more powerful questions to YOURSELF. Powerful questions aren't probing, scary or make you feel 'caught out'. Powerful questions expand, illuminate and make you feel SEEN. In this interactive 60 minute workshop, Dr Maz (Marion Piper) will show you how to design your own powerful questions to build a robust and sustainable journaling practice (yes, you will be writing!). We'll also cover off other styles of journaling if writing is a challenge for you (hint: you may want to stick around for the other TWW workshops too!). All skill levels welcome!
